Tim Lattimore, 7 Norman Ave. – spoke to ask Council about FEMA grants and possible openings on Council due to upcoming races.

John Hogan, 13 Dexter Ave – spoke to ask Council to decline to renew franchise agreement with Adelphia.

Committee Reports –
Councilor Dempsey reported on a recent AIDA meeting and the work being done to help a local company move to expand.  

Councilor Jacobs reported that he attended meetings with the City Manager, Corporation Counsel and Fire personnel to discuss military leave issues.

Cynthia Seamus 236 Genesee Garden Apt. spoke to ask about the 3% pay increase for city employees and how much could be saved with out the raise.
